They are a typical ragusan product, simple but tasty, of which each ragusana family keeps its secrets and its own version, handed down over time.
They are mainly prepared for Christmas or Easter, but can be consumed all year round.
We will prepare the dough with Tumminia or Russello flour at zero km.
We will prepare the condiments: tomato, caciocavallo, broccoli, spinach, broad beans, ricotta for scaccia and ricotta, chocolate and cinnamon for cassate.
Lunch or dinner accompanied by a good local wine.
The morning starts at 09:00 and ends around 15:00; the afternoon starts at 16:00 to have dinner around 20:00.
