Our stay at Frank and Alessia’s was one of the highlights of our honeymoon around Europe. The AirBnb itself is beautiful. A comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, air conditioning and modern bathroom. It is surprisingly spacious. It is perfectly located for exploring Ragusa. What really puts it above others is the fantastic customer service from Alessia. She contacts you ahead of time to check when you will arrive. On the day you just update her with your arrival time and she sends you the location of parking and meets you there to escort you up to the AirBnb. A nearby elevator is used to get you and your luggage up which was much appreciated. Alessia gave us a comprehensive tour of the AirBnb and all of its features as well as a list of recommendations for sights and food and tips on how to catch the free shuttle bus up the hill. Definitely do her recommendation of the bar on the steps overlooking the town! Ragusa is beautiful and away from tourist crowds. We met Frank who was lovely and also helped with our luggage. Alessia and Frank had arranged some beautiful and thoughtful treats for us on our honeymoon which were amazing and so thoughtful. This AirBnb is a must for visiting Ragusa.

Alessia e Frank sono due padroni di casa disponibili e super gentili! La casa, pulita e ben arredata, si trova in una posizione centrale e molto comoda per visitare Ragusa Ibla. La consiglio assolutamente!

La casa si trova in una posizione ottima, proprio dietro duomo di ragusa ibla. La casa ha tutti i comfort ma sopratutto l’host è super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Super consigliato in tutto!

Alessia nous a accueilli parfaitement, le logement est situé idéalement entre Ibla et le Ragusa moderne. La terrasse est très appréciable et logement propre et conforme aux photos Vous pouvez compter sur Allessia pour tout vous expliquer et les endroits où aller.

Alloggio molto bello, pulito, a due passi dal centro. Frank e Alessia super disponibili, sapranno consigliarvi al meglio per apprezzare Ragusa Ibla. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

A beautiful room in a stunning part of the town! Frank was extremely kind and helped us with our bags even in the pouring rain; he also recommended several things for us to do and restaurants to try, all of which we did and enjoyed immensely. 10/10!

Appartement plein de charme très joliment décoré et bien situé. Alessia nous a donné de très bons conseils pour découvrir la ville sous tous ces aspects.

Apartment is excellently renovated, with great attention to detail and respect to original features. Coffee, tea, snacks and water were available in the room. We also liked the possibility to purchase items from the mini bar directly from the room. Breakfast at a nearby hotel was also excellent. Owners were nice and helpful and the surprise at the end of the stay was really sweet. All in all a wonderful holiday :)

Room was great!, lovely decor and the owners were so lovely. Very helpful, knowledgeable unfortunately the neighbours where quite noisy coming and going at all hours it was difficult to sleep.

Splendida struttura, ideale per vacanze mordi e fuggi di due o tre giorni. La casa è composta da 3 mini appartamenti distribuiti su 3 piani. Gli appartamenti sono molto confortevoli e ben arredati, potete trovare proprio di tutto, compresa qualche piccola cosa per la prima colazione anche se non inclusa. La posizione è ottima, in quanto in pochi minuti a piedi si può raggiungere Ragusa Ibla. I proprietari sono gentili, accoglienti e molto disponibili nel dare informazioni utili per poter gestire al meglio la propria vacanza. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Consigliatissimo!!!

La habitación era amplia, agradable, con unas citas espectaculares a las ruinas de un templo griego y los dos mares... Precioso!! Los anfitriones encantadores, atentos a todas nuestras necesidades, con un desayuno casero, hecho por ellos. Nos dieron toda clase de información sobre la ciudad, rutas, planos, fue una ayuda magnífica en nuestro viaje.

Bellissima vacanza! Ragusa è tutta da scoprire.
