We had a very pleasant stay. Quick communication and really everything is well thought out. Perfectly explained how to get there, where to park and places to see. Very clean appartment. We had a great sleep & shower! Morning coffee always great 🙏

We’ve been traveling around Sicily for 3 weeks so far — sometimes staying for 5 nights and sometimes only 1. The way our itinerary worked out, we had only one night in Ragusa Ibla and we spent it at Frank and Alessia’s place which is very well situated near the main plaza. Make sure you have the What’sApp app to communicate with the owners and you will have no trouble finding the parking place closest to the flat. Frank who is very warm and friendly met us and guided us to his place and gave us tips on what to do and where to eat. All suggestions were great. The main bedroom is a large room with a bistro table and chairs. Nice king size bed, I think and reasonable pillows. There is a small fridge, coffee machine (with coffee) and a kettle and tea bags for tea. There is a small bedroom with bunk beds which look great if you’ve got kids. The bathroom is really nice with beautiful tiles and a very large shower. There were plenty of towels in different sizes and (my favorite thing) lots of hooks to hang the towels. I think Frank and Alessia’s place is like a high end hotel room at an Airbnb price. I recommend it highly.

Great place in the beautiful Ragusa Ibla, in the heart of the old town. Alessia and Frank were waiting for us at the parking. Easy communication and a lot of tipps. Great place, very clean. Can only recommend for your stay in Ragusa.

Alessia's apartment is absolutely perfect. The free parking is only 3 minutes walk away from the apartment. The apartment is right in the city and is very nice. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need, even a big shower. The bedroom is perfect and the bed is big and comfortable. The apartment is very clean and decorated with love. Alessia explains everything perfectly on arrival and you are in great hands with her. We would always come back.

Great location, great room, great breakfast and helpful owner. Just what we hoped for. No complaints at all.

The apartment was fabulous. The helpful hosts gave us great guides, a local map and directions for the town. We found this extremely useful. The apartment was spotless and well stocked for a quick breakfast, thank you. The only problem was we asked before booking for secure, private parking for our motorbike, as this was important to us. We were lead to believe this was possible, however on arrival we were shown on street parking in front of the apartment, a big disappointment for us! Otherwise a superb stay, thank you.

An amazing stay!

La Casa de Frank y Alessia es la mejor opción si te alojas en Ragusa y vas en coche. Siempre hay sitio para aparcar y estás a 5 minutos andando de Old Town Ragusa alta. Supermercados a 300 metros. Zona muy tranquila para descansar por la noche. Es un muy buena elección.

Charming place in Ragusa Ibla. It is clean and is well equipped. Bathroom was small but fine as the shower worked well. Bed is comfortable and Wi-Fi works well. It has a very good location in Ragusa. Complimentary water, juice and pastries were nice touch.

Alessia is a wonderful person! She was super helpful in finding us a parking spot and told us everything we needed to know for our short stay. The apartment ist located perfectly for exploring Ragusa Ibla. 10/10 would recommend!!

Struttura bella e soprattutto ben curata nel centro di Ragusa. La posizione ti permette di raggiungere "facilmente" a piedi Ragusa Ibla. I complimenti vanno a Frank, piacevole Host che ha decisamente migliorato il nostro soggiorno dandoci consigli sui posti da visitare.

The room was charming and the location was central to Ragusa Ibla. Fortunately, Frank and Alessia offered to pick us up at the train station since we arrived at night to show us the way. It was the same price as a taxi (10 euros) but much more convenient since it is not easy to find the little back streets. In addition to the usual amenities, they had a bucket and laundry soap so we could wash a few clothes (much appreciated after 3 weeks traveling). They don't have space for leaving bags after check-out so you either have to pay to leave luggage at the tourist office or drag your bags with you if you are leaving later in the day as we did. But otherwise, everything was great.
